Coordinate various office, administrative or business development activities. Administer front desk needs, answering/routing incoming telephone calls, sorting/ routing incoming materials, data entry, filing, document production, and ordering or purchasing supplies. Assist with new hire orientation and deployment, health and safety compliance tasks, travel arrangements and management of project records and file organization.
