SWCA Environmental Consultants is looking for a dynamic and skilled person to join our Cultural Resources program as a Cultural Resources Project Manager in our Flagstaff, Arizona office.
Your role will be to assist with project management, fieldwork, and report preparation as part of a larger project team, as well as managing your own projects and tasks as assigned. You will be a core member of the Flagstaff Cultural Resources Program, with the responsibility for successful on-time and on-budget completion of projects as well as promoting effective communication, encouraging teamwork and collaboration across SWCA offices, mentoring junior staff, and driving overall scientific and business excellence. You will report to the Flagstaff Cultural Resources Program Lead.

You will oversee all aspects of research, data collection, inventory, analysis, and final report production to ensure compliance with SWCA’s high-quality standards for technical work to meet agency requirements and guidelines while maintaining scientific quality. You will also assist with project and task management, including preparing and managing budgets, collaborating on proposal efforts, and providing the highest level of care and service to clients. You will also assist in authoring large technical reports, research designs, treatment plans, and other documents. You will be expected to work independently and collaboratively with a variety of colleagues, clients, and agency contacts, and have the ability to adapt quickly to changes in project needs, agency requests, and more.
