Do you thrive on delivering the very best in support? SWCA Environmental Consultants’ San Francisco office is looking for a dynamic individual who wishes to make a difference. The Project Assistant works closely with project managers and the office administrator on interesting environmental review and planning projects.
About the role:
• Packing boxes for office move
• Preparing old files and documents for recycling or shredding
• Large document scanning
• Meeting setup and cleanup
• Other duties such as running errands, data entry, distribute mail, watering plants and update of records
Experience and qualifications:
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Computer literacy and basic office skills
• Organized and detail oriented with consistency
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
