Do you thrive in the pursuit of delivering the very best in support at the corporate level? SWCA Environmental Consultants’ Phoenix, Arizona headquarters is expanding their team and looking for a dynamic individual who wishes to make a difference.

 

SWCA is seeking a CRM Marketing Assistant for our corporate office located in central Phoenix. This full-time, hourly position will support a variety of marketing and corporate activities and products for the Marketing and Business Development department.

What you will accomplish

  • Daily data entry, maintenance, and quality assurance/quality control of employee, client, contact, opportunity, and project information using the Deltek Vision database (system training will be provided)
  • Daily review of Vision database entries for incomplete data, discrepancies, and/or incorrect data; research and correct data, as needed
  • Daily Vision database help desk support for client, contact, and opportunity-related questions and requests for information
  • Assist with entry and management of new hire resume qualifications into Vision database
  • Assist with market research projects as needed
  • Daily bid solicitation review, analysis, and, when appropriate, distribution and tracking
  • Manage new client marketing program (dissemination of marketing material)
  • Maintain annual federal registrations and forms for all offices
  • Assist with posting content to SWCA’s intranet
  • Provide proposal support assistance to operations, as needed (e.g., resumes, forms, vendor lists, etc.)
  • Assist on projects which may require use of content, photo, email, and document management systems
  • Occasionally research and plan marketing department events and activities

Experience and qualifications for success

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, or business preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Six months to one year experience in use and maintenance of databases is preferred
  • Experience with SharePoint/Office 365 is preferred
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external clients
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills are necessary for success
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to represent the company in a professional manner
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with internal & external customers
